Data sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing or property maintenance) solely as needed to deliver our services, and as required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes. For clarity, no such sharing ever includes mobile opt-in or consent data.

Opting out of communications

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email, or contact us at [email protected].
• Other requests: You may contact us at any time to review, update, or request deletion of your information.

Data security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information, and only authorized personnel and contracted service providers with confidentiality obligations may access such data. Lazzar Realty Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, including replies to your inquiries, appointment and showing coordination, and maintenance or tenancy updates. The program does not include marketing or promotional messages, offers, or discounts. You may receive text messages related to your inquiry, your tenancy or property, appointment and showing coordination, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
