Phil Lazzar opened Lazzar Realty the year the Macintosh launched. More than 40 years later, we are still family-operated, still in Humboldt, and still answering the phone.

Lazzar Realty has worked Humboldt County since 1984, and real estate here is more than a business to us: it is what we love doing. Four decades in one market builds local knowledge and expertise you cannot import: how each neighborhood sells, what a rental really earns, which way the market is leaning. It also builds the connections that count. That expertise and those relationships are the reason things get done in a small market.
Today the practice is carried by the next generation. Phil remains the broker, with Shawna Lazzar and Adrian Teo pairing local, hands-on service with a technology layer that keeps a family-sized team on top of the day-to-day. The continuity is the point: the same family, in the same county, four decades on.
